👎 DON’T:
- Put grease, oils, or fats down the drain 🚫
- Dispose of coffee grounds or eggshells
- Put fibrous foods (like celery, corn husks, onion skins) down the disposal
- Overload the unit

🐾 Kings Pointe Furbaby of the Month 🐾

This month we’re celebrating Blu Lily and Lea Rose! 🐶💕

Blu Lily (aka Blubarry, Blu Belly, Baba Ghanoush) is a 12-year-old blue pit who loves being a potato… whether it’s a sun-baked potato, couch potato, or just a sweet potato soaking up all the love! ☀️🥔 She thinks she’s a lap dog and loves stealing toys from her sister.

Lea Rose (aka Lea Rosey, Princess, Little Baby) is a 10.5-year-old Beauceron mix with adorable “floppy toes.” 🐾 She purrs like a cat when she gets pets, loves running in the yard and around the neighborhood, and starts every day with a big stretch when mom says, “Ohhh, big stretch for a little lady!”

Here at Kings Pointe, we absolutely LOVE our furbabies and are proud to be a pet-friendly community! 🐾❤️

This week we’re excited to introduce Taylor Locklear, our amazing Assistant Community Manager here at Kings Pointe! 🏡💼

Taylor joined our team in May 2025 and brings 7+ years of property management experience with her. From leasing consultant to property manager, her journey in the industry has given her a strong understanding of leasing, operations, and resident relations. She’s passionate about organization, problem-solving, and making sure our community runs smoothly every day. 📋✨

As a lifelong Fayetteville resident, Taylor has great knowledge of the local housing market and loves helping prospective residents find not just an apartment—but a place that truly feels like home. ❤️🏠

Outside of the office, Taylor is a proud fur mama to two chihuahuas 🐶🐶 and loves being part of a pet-friendly community.
