If you have listed a home for sale in the Fort Bragg area, you KNOW these numbers are not true unless you have significantly underpriced or offer some competitive features.
👩🏻💻 I like NAR and consider a lot of their insight very useful about the real estate industry. HOWEVER… this graphic is nowhere close to capturing our market (and I would argue MOST markets in the country). I don’t know which ones are so strong that they are skewing the data, but this is not an accurate reflection.
But this is not all bad news! You can still absolutely sell your home. We just need to be intentional about how you approach it.
