Have you tested your heat system yet?
Cooler Weather is ahead for our area.
Since weather will be in the 40s, we suggest everyone test their heating system to make sure it’s functional and that the filter is clean!
The clean filter is important!

Also, don’t switch directly from one to the other.

Shut the unit off, and wait about 15-20 minutes before you fire up the heat.

keep in mind when Temps hit below freezing, (32 degrees and below ) you may want to keep water at a slow, very slow, steady drip at both ends of the house to avoid pipes freezing. (Tubs for example if the drain is NOT clogged in any way or the drain closed- , or sinks if they are not slowly draining in any way or closed ) do not do if this if could cause secondary damage.
This helps prevents tenants from being without water and frozen pipes and also helps avoids secondary damage. You can also leave your cabinets open under the kitchen sink (as long as there are no toxic items underneath that could accidentally be touched or consumed by anyone or a pet) in the event that pipes do freeze to help some heat get to them -
