Just shouting this for the people in the back: our agents will NEVER, ever advise you to not look at a home just because the Seller isn't offering to pay your buyer's agent. 🏡

Our agents have helped buyers find the best possible homes for the right price and with the least amount of stress possible. This isn't a sales job for us - it's a profession, and it's one we take seriously. 💼

It is true that we expect to be paid for our services. It is ALSO true that the overwhelming majority of our buyers won't pay out of pocket for our services; in almost every case, including in instances in which sellers aren't advertising compensation, we are able to make sure our buyers see EVERY home on the market, not just the ones are willing to pay us. 💵

We will never ask you to exclude homes you love on a written agreement because of compensation. NEVER. That's steering, and it's a direct violation of the Code of Ethics. ❌

Some people see it differently. That's OK. Just do the homework. 💻
