Storytime:
A couple reached out looking to sell their home. Time had escaped them and LIFE took over -so much so the wife needed to travel across the world 5 days later.
Somewhere in between they were overwhelmed with their endless list of to-do's and given this wonderful opportunity to move across the country. I gave them my professional opinion based on todays market, told them to essentially not lift a finger or bother with fixes.
I promised my support, availability, and we even helped them move things around to amplify the beautiful character in the home that they may have forgotten was there, but most importantly we gained a friend and we gained trust.
We listed this past friday 4/23 and were blessed with multiple offers and have accepted one today 4/26.
