Hannah Roth is a Houston, Texas native that moved to Fayetteville to pursue a major in marketing, and a minor in insurance and real estate at the University of Arkansas. After graduating, Hannah couldn’t stand the thought of leaving such a beautiful and unique area, so she chose to stay and pursue her passion of being a real estate agent with Weichert Realtors- The Griffin Company in Fayetteville.
One thing Hannah loves about working for Weichert is how knowledgeable, supportive, and willing to help their agents they are. Once Hannah finished her training program, she was ready for her next venture. She then joined the Your NWA Home Team affiliated with and based out of the Weichert Realtors- The Griffin Company, Bentonville, and hasn’t looked back since. This team has provided with her with a whole new outlook on real estate. Not only has it helped her refine her skills but has also showed her how to go to bat for her clients when need be. She is very thankful to be on a team that pushes and encourages her always. Hannah is very personable and wants to always do the best thing for her clients. Hannah is specialized in new construction and works closely with one of the areas most recognized and respected builders, Brittenum Construction, in Washington county. This partnership has widened her knowledge on craftsmanship and quality, giving her a special edge and eye when representing her clients. Hannah also works with resale frequently and truly enjoys that part of her job. It excites her to go out and find a home that fits her client’s specific needs all while touring some unique and eye-catching properties! She also really enjoys listing resale properties and highlighting their best qualities. During her personal time, Hannah enjoys participating in outdoor activities with her friends and Australian shepherd, Marshall, exploring places she’s never been to, and cheering on the Hogs. Lucky for her, all those things are easily accessible to her in Northwest Arkansas!
