New Homeowner?
Here are 5 homeowner maintenance items no one told me when I bought my first house
1. Flushable wipes are not flushable.
Not for sewer or septic
2. Use the cheap air filters.
It puts less stress on your hvac system.
3. Clean your gutters.
It extends the life of the roof.
4. Solar panels are the worst decision.
They do not add value to your home, they make it impossible to sell.
5. Not regularly servicing your hvac on a new build could void the warranty.
