As of Friday, our average days until contract, for the greater Fayetteville area market is 50 days! For reference, June closed out at 52 days. So, we're looking decently stable with time on market.

-Inventory numbers are holding steady. For the last several weeks, listings have been numbering the 2300s, consistently.

-The July average closed sales price is $312,900, while June closed out at $308,000. So, again, things are holding relatively flat. I have noticed a LOT of daily price reductions though, so it seems the trend is a flattening of appreciation, not necessarily a depreciation trend.
