Know that your buyers will most likely require a home inspection (and know that a VA loan which is popular in our area has very stringent requirements after that inspection) and get ahead of the game.

A pre inspection prepares you and keeps you in the loop of any potential repairs the property needs and also eliminates and shock from an inspection done by your buyers.
