If you answered the buyer... You are correct‼️

The buyer typically pays for the home inspection when purchasing a home. While at the time paying a few hundred dollars to get an inspection done, may seem frustrating on top of all the other fees, it can save you thousands and lots of stress down the line. A home inspection is so important and can provide you with a lot of insight about the home you are about to purchase. Never skip a home inspection!
