From the very beginning, Christy made it clear that we were more than just a loan file. She truly sees the person behind everything, and you can feel that in every conversation. She took the time to listen, to explain, and to make sure we felt confident in every step we were taking. There was never a moment where we felt rushed or overlooked. Instead, we felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. She gave us a voice throughout the process and consistently advocated for what was best for us, and that is something we will never forget.
Grace was just as incredible in her own way. She kept everything moving seamlessly and always did so with kindness and patience. Every interaction with her was reassuring. She was responsive, thoughtful, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. You could tell she truly cared about making this a smooth and positive experience for us, not just completing a task.
We did have the option to go with another lender, but choosing Christy as the preferred lender ended up being one of the best decisions we made. Looking back, we cannot imagine going through this process without her and Grace. The level of care, communication, and dedication they both showed meant more to us than we can put into words.
We are beyond grateful for both of them and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone. They made a lasting impact on us and turned what could have been stressful into something we will always look back on with appreciation.
