Getting your house ready to sell doesn't have to cost a small fortune!

Here are some staging tips that cost almost nothing!!

1. DECLUTTER- Clearing away items on kitchen and bathroom counters makes the space not only clean, but appear larger!

2. GO NEUTRAL- Freshen up a wall with a coat of neutral paint, such as a shade of grey, tan or white.

3. LIGHT IT UP- Brighten it up by opening up blinds and shades to let in natural light!

4. CURB APPEAL- Keep the lawn mowed, and trim up bushes and shrubs. You can also power wash driveways and sidewalks for an instant refresh!

5. FRESH FLOWERS- It may not seem like much, but it's lovely and inviting, and doesn't cost alot, especially if you happen to have flowers from your yard!
