🏡 There’s more than one way to make the numbers work in real estate.

When affordability becomes an issue, the first thought is often:

“Lower the price.”

But that isn’t always the only option; or even the option that helps the most.

For a buyer, the bigger concern may actually be the monthly payment, interest rate, or amount of cash needed at closing.

For a seller, that means before automatically reducing the price, it may be worth exploring whether a seller concession could help the buyer with eligible closing costs or financing instead.

Here’s the important part:

💜 Buyers — talk with your lender about the numbers that matter most to YOU.

🔑 Sellers — before making another price reduction, ask what problem you’re actually trying to solve.

Sometimes a little creativity in the structure of an offer can help both sides get closer to their goals.

Real estate isn't just about negotiating the price.

It’s about understanding the entire transaction and finding the strategy that makes sense for the people involved.
