Some of the final photos pending a few minor details! Things are coming together ❤️with Melia Noa This property was acquired for about $112,000 with a strategy call Sub-2. Upon arrival off this property I was very uninterested in taking this project on. There were several factors... the big being the atrocities that remained by the previous owners in regards repairs that were started and left in various stages of remodel many of them not meeting code or being very hazardous. After much consideration we committed to the challenge! I contemplated a week on what I wanted to deliver as the final design and ways to modernize the old school design. Thanks to a solid team additional support from this house is a home 🏡OH BTW, we had the home under contract prior to construction and close the last day of work to be done.

Sneak peak on the latest flip property! 🏚 As excited as I am to get to the finish line and preparations for my next project, TBH, I'm beginning to get even more excited for our two upcoming airbnb's. 🛩🛏🍳. A few before pictures. We were able to get the engineer over to evaluate the ceiling. We got a green light and decided to open up the space. Added in recessed lighting, installed new modern LVP floors, went with a classic gray for the walls and a royal blue island. I will be posting after photos next Wednesday, raw unedited photos.
