From Brandi: “Recently I was In the middle of staging a home and realized I needed a few more pieces to achieve the look & feel I wanted. That’s what I call ‘the Intangibles’…the subtle things that subconsciously influence how a potential Buyer feels when viewing the home. Could I have made do with what I already had? Sure. But I believe taking the time to stop and go look for the right pieces is more important. Did it look and feel so much better with what I added? I certainly think so! And in a price point where the average number of days on market is 30+ this home was under contract in just 9 days! Staging was just one of the many things I did to help get the house looking its best prior to listing it because after all, IT’S THE DETAILS THAT MATTER!

Charleston’s clients thought they would be unable to purchase due to the perception of high costs. Not only was he able to secure this home for $5k under the list price and with $10k in instant equity, but they also they didn’t have to pay any closing costs!!
