G-Squared is looking to hire two Orthophoto Technicians.
This is an entry level position.

The Orthophoto Technician uses both a CAD software (MicroStation) and a Photoshop program to perform their daily tasks. Data includes orthophotos, planimetric and terrain/elevation mapping data. The Orthophoto Technician must be able to adapt to different software programs and project specifications, depending on type of products, scale, imagery resolution and client requirements for various scopes of work. The Orthophoto Technician must be able to follow detailed procedures to achieve the required accuracies of the tasks assigned.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
•Checking 2D & 3D planimetric features and ortho imagery.
•Working with Digital Terrain Models for Orthophoto production and Topographic Mapping.
•Perform photo interpretation to production standards to eliminate Errors and makes corrections in Orthophotos.
•Update data set to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to proficiently perform each of the responsibilities listed above.
The position requires flexibility and proficiency in using different software with capability to learn new tools and applications.
Individual must be proficient in written & verbal Communication.
