Imagine you’re holding a cup of coffee ☕️, and someone bumps into you, causing you to spill it everywhere. Why did you spill the coffee?

Most would say, “Because someone bumped into me!” But nope—that’s not the real reason. You spilled coffee because *there was coffee in your cup*. If there had been tea 🍵, you’d have spilled tea.

The point is: **whatever’s inside your cup will come out when life shakes you**. And trust me, life WILL shake you! It’s easy to keep up appearances, but when the tough moments hit, what’s really inside will spill over.

So, ask yourself—what’s in *your* cup? When life gets tough, do you spill over with joy, gratitude, and peace, or anger, bitterness, and frustration?
