In your main breaker panel you never want to see double taped neutral and grounds on the same bus bar. We wrote this up as a deficiency for our client so they know to have the current owner fix this or have an electrician come out post closing to correct this.

This is just one of many common electrical deficiencies we will find throughout our inspection.
