Housing Inventory Shortages
We are still seeing massive shortages in the Triangle market. Roughly 1.4 months supply of homes. DOM are starting to creep up and prices are meeting a little resistance. The resale listing side has completely dried up (assuming due to so many 3% loans) so the inventory shortages are still there and why new construction is in such demand right now
