Collier Wenderoth Pierce, 72, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale.
Born on January 23, 1954, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to William Kenneth Pierce and Nancy Jane (Wenderoth) Pierce, Collier lived a life defined by love, family, hard work, and unwavering devotion.
He married his high school sweetheart, Shelagh Mary (O’Neal) Pierce, and together they built a beautiful life centered on love and family. Their love story remained one of the greatest joys of his life.
Together, they founded and built Pierce Properties, an apartment rental business, reflecting Collier’s entrepreneurial spirit, determination, and commitment to building something lasting for his family. He will be remembered for his strength, integrity, unwavering commitment to keeping his word, and the deep love he had for his family.
Collier was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Shelagh Mary Pierce, and his father, William Kenneth Pierce.
He is lovingly remembered by his mother, Nancy Jane Pierce; his daughters, Jennifer Hill and husband Wes, Holly Wolf and husband Jason, and Katie Pierce; his cherished grandchildren, Brenndan Fuchs and wife Abi, Christian Wolf, and Chance Hill and wife Hunter; his brothers, Bill Pierce and wife Jane, James Pierce and wife Kelly, John Pierce and wife Mary Lynn; in addition to five nieces, two nephews, and extended family members and dear friends whose lives were made better by knowing him.
A memorial service celebrating Collier Wenderoth Pierce will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. A private family burial will follow.
