Old Buildings, LLC is a privately owned business dedicated to strengthening the community of Fayetteville, Arkansas through redevelopment or infill projects in the historic downtown area of the city. We are currently looking to fill a maintenance position to handle general maintenance and repairs of our unique and upscale residential/commercial properties.
We are currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for producing and completing work orders, basic maintenance and repairs, doing walkthroughs on properties, scheduling vendors as needed and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
• Professional and friendly
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields and having a truck are a plus
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
