Let me tell you about the day I almost lost a sale over a blank page that wasn’t initialed. The buyer initialed the blank page of their contract at their kitchen table and the sale did close. I never made that mistake again.

Three days before closing, an HOA document raised a serious question about my seller’s property. Instead of assuming it was correct, I started researching the records. It turned out the filing belonged to a different property, not my client’s home.
The discrepancy was corrected, the closing stayed on schedule, and another reminder reinforced why persistence and attention to detail matter in every transaction.

Most people see the closing photo. I also see the work it takes to get there. 🔑🏡
