Great property with acreage!

8.5 ACRES

🌳 WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH 8.5 ACRES?

More room. More privacy. More possibilities.

At 286 Deer Trail, approximately 8.5 acres surrounds this 2023 home in Union Grove.

Whether you envision gardens, outdoor entertaining, recreational space, a workshop, or simply having room to breathe, acreage gives you options that a typical neighborhood lot simply can't.

🏡 3 BR | 2 BA | 2,017 sq. ft. per MLS
💰 $389,000

There’s just something about a front porch in the fall. 🍂 The mums, the pumpkins, and that feeling of coming home, I love it all!

What’s the first thing you put out when you decorate for fall?
