Good afternoon,

I’m currently seeking seniors to fill our apartments.
We have one bedroom and two bedroom options available, we include water, sewer, and trash in the rent. We have a few amenities here such as bingo, Bible study, monthly potluck, and your average games like Domino’s cards, etc. We have a worship service that comes once a month and we also have the Fayetteville library that brings their books on mobile once a month and then we have a couple food banks that deliver throughout the month as well.

Please feel free to come to the property at your earliest convenience or you may call the office to schedule an appointment to have a tour. I look forward to meeting some new faces and if anyone is interested in filling our amenities, please give me a call or shoot me an email. I would really like to see more involvement with our community.

Good afternoon, One and two bedroom apartments are available for immediate occupancy. Prospective residents can arrange a tour by phone or in person. I am available to show apartments at your convenience throughout the week.

We have many amenities such as bingo, bible study, games such as dominoes, cards, etc, my residents are always in the community room putting together puzzles and visiting. We have a nice patio area outside of that room with a pond and you are also able to fish with it being catch and release.

Good morning,

Are you in the market for a one bedroom or two bedroom apartment for you or a family loved one?

We have a few one bedroom and two bedroom units ready for immediate move-in.

Our one bedroom apartments are $900 a month and our two bedroom apartments are $1150 a month, also included in rent is water, sewer, and trash.

We require a $35 background check fee when submitting an application and our security deposit will be $300. We do accept pets with an additional $250 pet deposit and there is a 40 pound weight limit. 

The office is open Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and we are actively looking to fill our apartments and I am very open to schedule tours for anyone that should be interested.

We have one bedroom two bedroom apartments available for immediate move-in. Our rent prices are as follows. One bedrooms are $900 a month and our two bedrooms are $1150 a month, included in rent is water, sewer, and trash. Our security deposit is $300 and we do allow pet pets with a $250 additional deposit with the 40 pound weight limit.

We have some amenities here, such as bingo Bible study, dominoes and cards on Saturday’s, we have a few food banks that deliver throughout the month and we also have the Fayetteville library that brings their books on mobile once a month and then Genesis church comes once a month for worship. We do have a handicap accessible Razorback transit that comes by every hour for transportation.

I have one bedroom and two bedroom apartments available for immediate move-in. Our one bedrooms are $900 a month in our two bedrooms are $1150 a month. We include water, sewer and trash in the rent and we do accept Housing vouchers and VA.
We also accept animals with an additional $250 deposit with a weight limit of 40 pounds. I am available all week to show, please come by the office, call our phone number or request a tour by email.

We include water, sewer, and trash in the rent, which is $900 monthly for one-bedroom units and $1150 monthly for two-bedroom units. A $300 security deposit is required. We allow pets up to 40 pounds with a $250 deposit. Our residents enjoy various community amenities, including bingo, Bible study, and on-site visits from the Fayetteville library. Additionally, our monthly potluck events provide a wonderful opportunity for socializing and building connections, especially among our senior residents.
