Effective immediately, full-time teachers at Tennessee public OR private schools (K-12) are now eligible for THDA’s Homeownership for Heroes program!

That means eligible teachers, who are first time homeowners, can receive a LOWER interest rate when purchasing a home.

This is such an incredible benefit for the people who pour so much into our communities every single day.
