Some of you may have been wondering…

“Who the hell is Melissa?”

Well… technically, she’s me. 😂

Melissa is my middle name, and when I started my real estate business, I apparently thought “Melissa Buys Houses” was a brilliant business name because YE JEE is "too hard."

Spoiler alert: I don't even like being called Melissa. 🤦🏻‍♀️

So after a few years of buying houses, selling houses, fixing houses, flipping houses, and generally finding creative ways to turn real estate problems into solutions, I decided it was time for a name that actually fits what I do.
