Along with the Standard Real Estate business, since 2004 we have helped troubled home owners in Colorado avoid foreclosure, with over 250 successfully negotiated and closed short sale transactions. These difficult transactions allowed me to hone my negotiation skills and our team to learn even greater skills in providing a stress free transaction under the most distressed circumstances for many of our clients. With our Real Living Premier Service Program we ask our clients to hold us accountable by having a third party organization send out a brief survey after the close of each transaction. This survey requests honest feedback about the experience our clients had during the transaction while the third party provides total anonymity for the client. We publish our satisfaction rating for all to see. Knowing that we will be evaluated helps us to keep the end in mind throughout the transaction and make sure we provide the WOW experience that our clients deserve.
