Helping people find homes is what I do! I love getting to say UNDER CONTRACT! I worked with this client for almost two years looking for the right home! We just finished our inspection and we are proceeding to appraisal and then closing!

We originally missed this home to higher offers, keeping in contact with the listing agent proved useful! We were able to secure my client's dream home before it went back on market without having to increase our offer!

I pride myself on making an environment where education is a cornerstone in the home buying or selling process. It's a big decision and being rushed or pressured never feels great!
