About Morgan
Morgan Isenberg was born in Auburn, WA and moved to Lake Tapps, WA when she was five years old, to be raised. Morgan’s love of Washington keeps her tethered to the area – not wanting or planning on moving. Morgan Isenberg has four years of experience in the service industry. She gained organization and communication skills when she was a line cook for two years at a local restaurant.

In addition, she gained customer service skills through engaging with guests while serving, at the same restaurant, for another two years. Morgan joined the Real Estate industry to help others find their dream houses through listening and supporting their needs. All while lessening the stress involved in the process for her clients by keeping them well informed every step of the way. Morgan loves that in Washington the arid eastern desert, soaring mountains, and vast ocean, are all within a day’s drive from each other. Morgan has a two-year-old, brown Siberian Husky who she loves taking on adventures – and he is always up for it! In Morgan’s free time she enjoys painting with oil paints on canvas and baking every now and then.

Pierce County Market Update!!

Whats been going on in Pierce County? Lets look!!

🔥 Average Sales Price is up 19.3% January 2022 compared to January 2021. In January 2021, average sales price was $447,297!

🔥In January, the number of homes that were for sale was 1,340. That is a -26.4% compared to January 2021 when there was 1,820 homes for sale!

🔥The percentage of list price is currently sitting pretty on 103.3%. This means that if a house was listed at $400,000, it would sell for $413,200 - 103.3% of that $400,000. If it sat at a clear 100%, that means the house sold for $400,000. Make sense? 😄

🔥Average days a home sits on the market in Pierce County right now is only 16!!! That is a -38.5% compared to Jan 2021!! Crazy right? 🤯
