Yet there’s something critically important about home that goes beyond photos, 3-D tours and drone videos. Are the neighbors friendly? Do you love how the sunlight warms the home office in the morning? Do your kids love watching the squirrels run up and down the backyard tree? Is the double oven perfect for all your holiday cooking? I don’t know and neither does technology. My job scope may include contract negotiation, champion of ethics and law, repairs liaison and a host of other skills, but where I feel my greatest value lies is finding the home where you will create your greatest experiences. Where food is created and shared. Where game nights are never missed and where kids & fur babies feel at peace. Yet never forgetting the time and money it takes to be a homeowner.
