Mitchell Place Senior Residence apartments are located in Federal Way, Washington and are a low income, senior housing community for 62 years and better. We offer one and two bedroom floor plans. Feature include full-size kitchens and in select apartments personal balconies or patios and walk-in closets. Community amenities include an atrium entry, an aquarium, a computer center, an exercise area, a greenhouse and a garden, two community rooms, van transportation service, and a laundry facility. We are a pet-friendly community.

Thank you for choosing Mitchell Place Senior Residence. We currently have a 2-bedroom corner unit on the first floor. All applicants must be 62 years of age to apply. After completing the application please drop off at 1001 S. 336th street Federal Way, WA 98003 between 9:00 am & 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. This is a secured facility so you will need to be buzzed in upon arrival, please call the office from the call box by front doors. If you need assistance with the application or have additional questions please contact the office at 253-661-7011.
