When it comes to buying or selling a home, flexibility can be the key to unlocking a great deal! Staying open to creative solutions not only helps move negotiations forward, but it can also lead to unique opportunities for both parties.

Here are a few examples of how flexibility can work in your favor:
✨ Offering seller concessions
✨ Adjusting closing timelines
✨ Including home furnishings or appliances in the deal

A win-win mindset means both the buyer and seller walk away satisfied, and sometimes, the best deals come from thinking outside the box!

For example, I recently worked with a buyer and seller who came to an agreement by adjusting the closing date and including a few key appliances in the deal. Both parties left the table happy, and the buyer was able to move into their new home without needing to buy extra items!
