What an AMAZING day!

I had the privilege of teaching **DISC: Understanding Yourself & Others** to this wonderful group at VA headquarters.

Three years ago, the team leader attended one of my DISC classes. She later shared that an β€œaha” she had during that class helped her better understand who she wasβ€”and played a part in the growth that led to her promotion. This year, she invited me back to open her team retreat.

That is the kind of full-circle moment that stays with you. ❀️
