The opportunity of a lifetime and the most complicated transaction we’ve had in awhile has closed! We’ve had a lot of questions and update requests about this one…
Seller wanted to live on property until death ✅
Seller did not want buyer to build ✅
Seller needed to sell this year ✅
Grateful for all parties on this one as during the transaction-
Septic basically failed, well stopped producing water to the home, the roof leaked, the well stopped producing water again… thankfully we were able to navigate solutions to these!
We were also able to negotiate a large cash down payment that wiped out my clients loans (and then some), then secured favorable seller finance terms for my clients for the next 6 years that will allow them live comfortably until the time comes to go to their resting places on the property. Farm people live a long time so this was important to us 😀
My sellers also have no email access so everything we did was by hand. While I’ll miss driving to see them a few times a week, my car will be thankful for the reduced mileage 😂
Congrats to both buyer and seller, it rarely works out where both parties find an enormous win in this type of scenario. Creative solutions can work when you have great people working together. Cheers to all! 😅
