Does anyone have a lead in S King County for a retail client that could be purchased with conventional financing? FYI, I'm a broker/agent and can see everything on MLS. I'm just exploring more options.
Here are the approx. criteria:
Retail Conventional buyer
Pre-approval $465K Max
Area: S King County - Seatac, Tukwila, Kent, Federal Way, Auburn, Edgewood, Renton and may consider others too
Prefer 3+ beds
Ideally would be a house between investor and retail price. Often times those leads pop up where; to flip is not enough profit, but for a retail buyer is a good price, and can make win-win for everyone, as long as it could be purchased conventional financing, not cash or hard.
Trying to help out one of my close friends. I know it's a big ask but never hurts to ask.
