In the last two weeks, we’ve had to reorder signs and lockboxes twice. And today we had to bring in two more filing cabinets.

A big thank you to everyone who came out to our 3rd book swap on Thursday! It was another wonderful turnout, and such a fun evening connecting over books, conversation, and community.

A special thank you to our dear friend Dawn for the amazing treats — they were a hit as always! And we were so excited to have a special guest stop by as well. Dr. Roz from Cafe of Life Chiropractic came by to introduce herself and brought us a beautiful plant from her, Dr. Erica, and Lisa. We truly love our neighbors and the sense of community here in downtown Fenton. We already can’t wait for the next book swap!

We would like to give a big congratulations to one of our own, Drew Athearn, on graduating from the fire academy!

Drew is now officially a firefighter with the City of Fenton Fire Department, and we could not be more proud of him for this accomplishment and his dedication to serving the community.

Next time you see him at a showing, be sure to congratulate him! We are proud to have him on our team and grateful to see him serving the community we call home.
