After creating our Wizard of Oz witches hat, I almost threw it away because I didn’t think it was very good. But I decided to move forward with it anyway because it was something fun we could do as part of our community.

Our small, hometown brokerage won. And I’m still a little shocked, but this trophy represents so much more to me than a decorated witches hat.

It represents the community support we’ve received. I had friends and clients texting me throughout the contest, keeping me updated on where we stood and cheering us on. I even had fellow business owners voting for our hat over their own!

Athearn Realty has been part of this community for just under three years, and the love and support we’ve received continues to humble me.

Thank you for supporting our brokerage and allowing us to continue doing what we love: supporting our clients through some of life’s biggest moments.

Because after all, there’s no place like home. 🤍

Closing day is always special at Athearn Realty, but this morning, Lida has an extra special one. 🤍

We get so caught up in making the plan that we forget to make the move.

We wait for everything to align. The right time. The perfect circumstances. A little more confidence.

We wait to join the gym. Start the business. Make the change.

And when it comes to real estate, we wait for the perfect interest rate, the perfect home, the perfect credit score.
