I want to remind residents to come by Friday the 20th to grab a burger and maybe join in on a game of washers. There will be a scavenger hunt for the kids. And lets not forget snow cones! Maintenance Technicians perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain and improve the physical integrity of the property. Make home and building maintenance repairs as well as providing the general upkeep of the community including its grounds, streets, facilities, and equipment.
-Provide seasonal lawn care
-Clean community common areas
-Remove trash, debris daily
-Repair parking lot and streets
-Paint interior/exteriors as needed
-Seasonal snow removal
-Complete minor repairs to home and buildings
-Maintains plumbing and electrical systems
-Upkeep to equipment repair worn or damaged wires, hoses, etc.
Perform duties related to installing water meters

Qualifications: High school diploma; GED,
knowledge of general maintenance, must have valid drivers licenses, proficient in operating hand tools, power tolls, and machinery, must be able to work outside year round.

Compensation: competitive wage, excellent benefits package, 401K
