What a fun week it was for our family!!

Our beautiful daughter Sheridan and son-in-law Robbie closed on the sale of their first home in Clio, and then turned around and closed on their new house in Gaines!!

We are so proud of the growth they've had....they made smart updates in their first home which paid off in equity to purchase their second one much closer to family....in fact, they are now just a few doors down from Grandma Carol, and 8 minutes from us!

They now have acreage, a huge pole barn, a remodeled home and hang out space for friends and family...and my sweet baby squishy will be right around the corner!

Seeing your kids work hard, grow together and hit huge goals...there are literally no words for it.

Ill end with, I could not be more proud of you both if I tried. ❤️❤️❤️

Super excited for my sellers to get their home under contract so quickly, and with great terms! Ironically, they bought this a few years ago, and at the time, my broker Sean was the list agent. Now, I am the list agent and Sean brought the buyer!

However.....if you know Sean and I, you know his shenanigans are in full force...please pray for me 😉

In all seriousness, I have grown to absolutely adore this family, and I will sure miss having them here in town...but little do they know, they are stuck with me for the long haul!

Next stop, closing table!!

I sure am thankful to work with such an awesome local builder as Jean Allen Homes. Absolutely no short cuts..just great, quality built homes at affordable prices, and lots of options!

The people behind the company are what makes it even greater, though. They started as my clients, and have turned into absolutely irreplaceable friends, who have supported my own family through sometimes. They are the epitomy of a hometown builder, and really care about the community they build in.

Congratulations on another great home, and also to the buyers, who have an amazing place to raise their young family in!
