I realized, the 'listing specialist', 'marketing specialist', 'closing specialist', etc, are all handlers for the office/ agent/ broker aspect. >> Light bulb: what about the client? How about a 'specialist' for them and them alone. ___ Every year we do a 'value add' and this year, seeing the many challenges for buyers/ sellers, we are building out the 'Transaction/ transitions concierge' affiliates. __ That's right, novel eh? Folks w/ a professional background, empathy, and ability to advocate and assist through a traumatic time of life - moving. __ I'm excited to offer these 'no extra cost to you, our client' persons. They don't talk 'house/ real estate/ marketing/ title/ mortgage' ....NO...they are the grunt, the friend, the advocate to and for the client. Someone to call on when they are overloaded.
