We’re so excited to finally share our new logo with you! 🏡💙

When we set out to create a new look for Michele Papatheodore Real Estate, we wanted it to be more than just a logo. We wanted it to represent where we live, where we work, what we do, and what we love. So we decided to pay homage to our beautiful home state of Michigan. 🌊🌲

Here’s a part of the job that doesn’t make the listing photos!

Before a home ever hits the market, there’s a lot that happens off-camera. This week that meant rolling on a fresh coat of paint. We believe the difference between a room buyers scroll past and one they want to walk through often comes down to the details nobody sees.

At MPRE, getting a home ready isn’t something we hand off and hope for the best. We show up, roll up our sleeves, and do the work… all so our sellers can focus on their next chapter instead of their to-do list.
