Closed on this cute little home for my buyers yesterday! I hope they are all settled in before the big snow/ice storm coming late tonight. It's an adorable fully renovated home in St. Charles and I can't wait to hear how they're doing once they're all moved in!! Thankful always, for my friends and family that send me referrals. The wife is a relative of my husband's family, and I'm friends with some of her family already so it was such fun to help get them into the home. We discovered that she and I have the same birthday through the process, which just added another level of things that we share! 🥰

Closed today on this house. As a realtor, I've come across so many amazing clients. These two were definitely at the top! They were kind, so wonderful to work with, signed everything quickly and made the whole process for doing my job so incredibly easy. If you know you know! 😊

They were so thoughtful, going above and beyond for everyone, including the buyer. They left the new owners a nice card to greet them at the front door, QR codes printed out for instructions for everything, local attractions, a bottle of wine, and detailed information on their new home including instructions for cameras, security system, garage door programming, and just incredible thoughtfulness and kindness to the new owners which will no doubt make this a smooth of a transition for the buyers. They are dream clients, and wonderful people, and I'm so grateful they allowed me to help them sell their home! 🥰

The buyer's agent made sure to let me know how much his clients appreciated everything the sellers did for them.
