The biggest federal housing package in nearly 20 years is now law, as the result of two years of advocacy by the National Association of Realtors (NAR)
WHY THIS MATTERS
Nearly 50 individual bills packaged into one law: supply, affordability, financing, zoning, workforce development, fair housing. NAR was at the table for every piece of it, arming lawmakers in both parties with research, polling and technical expertise. Together, these provisions will make a big impact for decades to come.
