While there isn’t a single RIGHT way, there are many WRONG ones (or at least ones that won’t help get your house sold faster and for the best price).

Hi there! I’m Jessica Duma. If you haven’t me yet, or if it’s been a while, here’s a little about me.

🏡 I’ve been a REALTOR since 2023
✏️ I am also a public school teacher, and have been since 2018; I currently teach 7th grade
✋🏼 I have lived in Michigan my whole life: Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Ann Arbor, Newaygo, and now the Fenton area
〽️ Go Blue! The University of Michigan brought amazing opportunities and people into my life
✈️ I love traveling and exploring new places
💒 I am ordained and have officiated 2 weddings so far… wedding #3 next May
🤍 My husband and I got married in 2023, but he’s really been my adventure partner since we were both 19
📖 My reading goal each year is 100 books (and I nailed it the last 4 years)
☕️ My day doesn’t start without caffeine
🏋🏻‍♀️ I love weightlifting, running, cycling, and moving my body in healthy ways
🌳 Being in nature is the best: whether it’s hiking, riding my quad, or camping, I’m a happy gal among the trees
🌊 I am a water baby, through and through
🏒 You can often find me on the weekends cheering on my favorite hockey and football teams
⛷️ Newly discovered hobby of skiing now occupies a lot of my winter, which is perfect as a resident of a cold-weather state

What a fun way to kick off the 26-27 school year!

Being a Lake Fenton Community Schools 7th grade English teacher AND a local REMAX Realtor™ means that I have surrounded myself with lots of people who are so incredibly supportive of their community. What an absolute blessing. 💙

So happy we could bring our teachers and staff prizes, school supplies, and smiles today.

What an exciting way to welcome Lake Fenton teachers and staff back for the 2026-2027 school year ❤️

🍎🎈 Celebrating the teachers who make a difference!

This morning, we had the privilege of bringing a little extra appreciation to the incredible teachers at Lake Fenton High School with a Teacher Appreciation Balloon Walk! ❤️

The team at RE/MAX Platinum-Fenton showed up with plenty of support and love for the teachers who give so much to their community. There were lots of smiles, a few special moments and memories made that will last long after the balloon came down.

Thank you, to all teachers, for everything you do! And a special shoutout to the RE/MAX Platinum team for helping make this morning so special. 🎈❤️
