Graduating from high school in the top 20 percentile of his class his collegiate pursuits lead him to the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. This degree armed him to pursue his dream of becoming successful in the business world. While attending college his leadership skills were recognized and he was elected Vice P

resident of his fraternity, Tau Kappa Epsilon, where they raised over $8,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association and donated 100 toys each Christmas to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. In a previous career with Monster Energy, Inaky enhanced his skills of leadership, marketing and advertising which have carried over as invaluable tools in effectively selling a property and the overall pursuit of an illustrious role in real estate. Inaky is bilingual and is known for initiating activity and providing direction in all aspects of any real estate plan. His gift of multi-tasking shines as he guides his clients flawlessly through all steps of a real estate transaction being keenly aware of the status of every detail. Inaky is more than comfortable working with a variety of people enjoying connecting with all cultures and is the anchor for getting things accomplished through mutual cooperation yielding a “win-win” outcome for all parties involved. His enthusiasm is evident believing the world of real estate is a people business always putting his client’s needs as a top priority. His goal is to ensure that he builds a client base for life not just a one-time transaction. Inaky enjoys filming and editing videos, scuba diving in the Caymans, snowboarding in Colorado and recently has adopted a new hobby of trying to visit Sotheby’s offices around the world. One of his goals is the acquisition of multi-family residential properties as an adjunct to his on-going career as a realtor.
