7. Rehab starts. One month into rehab, start renting apartments. 2.5 months in, 11 units rented. Cash flowing. Next 2 months, fill all units except one two bedroom and one, one bedroom. Purpose leaving two not rented, show potential buyers. Exit strategy, Estimated sale date, Nov. 30th, 2022. Profit, roll into another project.
Our plan is coming to fruition.
Future, by vacant land, buildable lots, build twin homes, apartments. By value added apartment projects. Goal, minimum 60 to 100 houses and apartments 2023.
