✨ A little about me…
I’m Caroline — a Realtor and someone who believes that being genuine will always be more important than being perfect.
I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, but Amelia Island has been home for over 11 years now. Somewhere along the way, this little corner of Florida completely stole my heart. 🤍
I love the charm of Fernandina Beach, the beaches, the history, the local businesses, and the lifestyle that makes this island so special. Even after a decade, I still love playing tourist in my own town and finding new reasons to appreciate where we live.
Real estate is so much more than houses to me. It’s people, relationships, stories, and being trusted during some really big moments in someone’s life.
Beyond real estate, I’m a mom, a friend, and just a regular person trying to balance a busy life while building something I’m proud of.
I don’t have it all figured out, and I’m not interested in pretending that I do.
What you see is what you get with me.
I’ll always be honest with you—even when the honest answer isn’t necessarily the easiest one to hear. I care deeply about the people I work with, I value relationships over transactions, and I genuinely want the best outcome for my clients and customers.
I work hard, I care a lot, and sometimes I probably care too much😂 But I think that’s part of what makes me great at what I do.
At the end of the day, I don’t just want to be another Realtor you see online.
I want to be someone you feel comfortable calling. Someone you trust. Someone who makes the process feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more personal.
