I have learned that people are not so interested in designations, but instead want to know what type of person I am and what my approach is. I will add that I do continually educate myself through classes, meetings, and staying involved in the community because circumstances that impact real estate are forever changing. I entered the real estate industry in 2005 following a long-standing career in
the beauty industry. The most important thing I have learned throughout my career is to listen carefully to the person or persons that I am providing a service to. Investing in real estate or parting with real estate can be one of the most important decisions that people make. I desire to be the Realtor to walk through that process with you and when all is said & done, you walk away knowing that we have achieved the results that you desired! If you are selling a property, I will take the approach to make that property marketable and stand out above the competition. If you are investing in a home or vacation home, I will approach our search with your goals in mind. "You" are the reason I am afforded to do what I love every day! I never take that for granted. It is a privilege for me to be able to provide my services on both sides of the St Marys River. In Georgia, I have the privilege of services communities such as Osprey Cove, Cumberland Harbour, Winding River, the Historic St Marys District and more. On the Florida side, I service communities such as Wildlight(the newest walkable community), Amelia National, North Hampton, Amelia Walk, The Amelia Island Plantation as well as beach front and island properties.
