People are asking me, " What's happening in the Real Estate world right now and do I think the mortgage interest rates will go down or up?" So I'm sharing some good information from my friend Paul Gregory at Coast to Coast mortgage :

In summary, the rates, according to Mortgage News Daily (MDN) sounds positive!

Despite the volatility we have been experiencing in the market the mortgage rates are holding steady.

I quote MND: "the average top tier 30yr fixed rate is at 6.16%. Apart from the week of Jan 12-16th, this is right in line with the lowest levels going back to early 2023".
