Contacts on the breaker seized and prevented the breaker from tripping. This caused some overheating and scorching on this panel.

Jason Priess has always had an interest in building and construction. At a young age his ambition and eye for detail led him to working in carpentry and learning various skills of the trade. From rough framing, to finish carpentry, and even owning a flooring company, Jason has extensive knowledge on residential building procedures from start to finish.

Jason’s passion for construction and educating others led him to a career as a home inspector in 2016. Originally from Michigan, he began by mentoring with a local leading inspector with over 25 years of experience. He became a licensed Home Inspector servicing Metro Detroit and surrounding areas and has performed over 1,000 combined residential and commercial inspections.

Jason carried his passion for inspecting to Florida after he and his family decided to relocate to Fernandina Beach in 2019. After completing his Florida certification and licensing, Royal Inspections LLC was created. We are privileged to serve our community.
