When “staff” feels like sisterhood 🫶

I’ve never liked the term staff. It gives me the ick even putting it in this post. We’re a TEAM working collaboratively towards a common goal. More importantly than that— we’re friends who share moral values, love for our one true God, obsession over a girls brunch, and TMI at times.
