Amelia Island’s luxury home watch and concierge firm providing total peace of mind. Our company’s primary focus is monitoring homes of absentee owners.

Our weekly wellness checks ensure each home is well maintained while unoccupied and prepped for the owner’s return. Coastal Concierge provides much more than on-site monitoring; we bring peace of mind to owners who can be confident their home is receiving proper care and attention. Acting as the homeowner while you are away, we tend to the needs of each owner and home specifically. From vendor coordination to grocery shopping, mail forwarding, hurricane prepping, and vehicle maintenance, we do it all. We work closely with local plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, security companies, and many more. Coordinating vendors and overseeing home projects and repairs through completion is a daily task and we keep the homeowner informed every step of the way.

Last Thursday was a night that reminded us just how powerful a community can be.

Our very own Stephanie Tomberlin poured her heart into the After Addy Gala, an incredible event dedicated to raising money for childhood cancer research and supporting families walking through the unimaginable. And because of her passion, dedication, and the generosity of so many, Stephanie raised an incredible $250,000 — including $21,000 donated by Coastal Concierge clients.

But what touched her heart just as much as the generosity were the messages. Throughout the day, Stephanie received text after text from our clients cheering her on, sending encouragement, and letting her know they were behind her. What an incredible reminder that the relationships we build through Coastal Concierge extend so far beyond the services we provide.

We are endlessly grateful for our clients who opened their hearts and gave so generously to a cause that means so much to Stephanie and her family. Your kindness, compassion, and willingness to make a difference are something we will never take for granted.

Yesterday, during one of our routine home wellness checks, our team member Courtney arrived at a client’s home and discovered something no homeowner wants to come home to — a large rock had been thrown through one of their windows.

Because this home was being monitored while the owners were away, the damage was found quickly. Courtney was able to immediately document the situation, secure the home, and begin the process of getting the right people involved to help resolve the issue.

This is exactly why we do what we do.

For homeowners who don’t live here year-round, having someone local checking on your property isn’t just about peace of mind — it’s about having an advocate who notices the unexpected, protects your investment, and takes action when you can’t be here.
