Yesterday, during one of our routine home wellness checks, our team member Courtney arrived at a client’s home and discovered something no homeowner wants to come home to — a large rock had been thrown through one of their windows.
Because this home was being monitored while the owners were away, the damage was found quickly. Courtney was able to immediately document the situation, secure the home, and begin the process of getting the right people involved to help resolve the issue.
